Indian Recipe: Madhur Vadai


Ingredients for Madhur Vadai:

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Besan
  • 2 spoon Chilli powder
  • Chopped onions
  • 2 Green chilles
  • a small pinch Hing
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • a small piece Ginger, grated
  • a few Curry leaves
  • a small bunch of Cilantro, washed and finely chopped
  • Cooking Oil for frying

Directions for making Madhur Vadai:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients with little water, make small balls and deep fry in oil.
