Indian Recipe: Madhur Vadai

Ingredients for Madhur Vadai:
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1 cup Besan
- 2 spoon Chilli powder
- Chopped onions
- 2 Green chilles
- a small pinch Hing
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- a small piece Ginger, grated
- a few Curry leaves
- a small bunch of Cilantro,
washed and finely chopped
- Cooking Oil for frying
Directions for making Madhur Vadai:
- Mix all the above ingredients with little water, make small balls and deep fry in oil.
