INDIAN RECIPE: Spinach Vadai

|
Ingredients for Spinach Vadai:
- 2 cups Moong dhall
- 1 cup Channa dhall
- 1/2 cup Rice
- 1 bunch of Spinach, finely chopped
- a small piece Ginger,
grated
- 3-4 Green Chilles
- a small pinch of Hing
- 1 tsp Salt
- Cooking Oil for frying
Directions for making Spinach Vadai:
- Soak the dhalls for 1 hour in water.
- Grind ginger, green chilles, hing, salt and the soaked dhall coarsely.
- Add chopped spinach and makes small balls and deep fry in oil.
