Indian Recipe: Egg Manchurian

Ingredients for Egg Manchurian:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (as per your taste)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 sprig of spring onion, chopped finely
- 3 cloves
- salt as per taste
Directions for making Egg Manchurian:
- Heat a pan.
- Melt butter in it.
- Add Soy sauce and cloves.
- Add eggs and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, turning them slowly all the time.
- When brown in colour, remove them.
- Slice them in a plate.
- Garnish with spring onion.
