Indian Recipe: Egg Omelette Masala

Ingredients for Egg Omelette Masala:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 2 Green Chilli, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Directions for making Egg Omelette Masala:
- Beat the eggs, chopped onion, tomato and the green chillies until foamed.
- Add the garam masala powder, curry powder and salt and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
- Fry for a few seconds over a medium flame.
- Pour the beaten egg mixture and cook on both sides till light brown in colour.
- Enjoy Egg Omelette Masala with bread or chapaties.
