Indian Recipe: Egg Pakora (Pakoda)

Ingredients for Egg Pakora (Pakoda):
- 2 Eggs, hard boiled
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- Salt To Taste
- 2 pinch of Red Chili powder
- a pinch of Black pepper powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt To Taste
Directions for making Egg Pakora (Pakoda):
- In a bowl take gram flour salt, chili powder and make a thick batter using water.
- Peel and cut boiled egg into two halves.
- Sprinkle little salt and pepper on eggs.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Dip each egg piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Enjoy hot Egg Pakora (Pakoda) with tomato or chilli sauce.
