INDIAN RECIPE: Fish Korma

|
Ingredients for Fish Korma:
- 1 kg Fish
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup Onion paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Coriander paste
- 4 Cardamom
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 4 tbsp Ghee/Butter
- 4 Green chilli
- 2 tbsp Kewra
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- Salt to taste
Directions for making Fish Korma:
- Do not cut the fish into too small pieces.
- Add all the ingredients ,except for the green chilles and kewra into the cooking dish, mix well and heat covered in low heat and turn over the fish once.
- When the water has almost dried up, add green chilli and kewra heat for another half hour in low heat till oil starts seperating.
- Enjoy Fish Korma hot with tandoori roti or rice.
