Indian Recipe: Fish Tikka

Ingredients for Fish Tikka:
- 1/2 kg Fish
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Mint chutney
- 2 tbsp Coriander chutney
- 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
- 1 Onion, chopped in rings.
- 1/4 cup Curd/yogurt
- Salt To Taste
Directions for making Fish Tikka:
- Mix cream garlic paste, ajwain, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lime juice, salt, mint , coriander chutney, gram flour in yogurt.
- Add fish pieces to the above mixture and mainate them for about 3 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry fish pieces till crisp.
- Enjoy Fried Fish Tikka with chopped onions.
